* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of southeast Kentucky, including the following counties, Breathitt, Lee and Owsley. * WHEN...Until 615 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 305 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.3 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Beattyville, Booneville, Grass, Lone, Stay, Lerose, Tallega, Enoch, Lower Buffalo, Athol, St. Helens, Chestnut Gap, Maloney, Jetts Creek, Corgleton, Copebranch, Proctor, Levi, Pebworth and White Ash.
