Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, with light showers continuing in the near term. Flash flooding is already occurring. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain. SOURCE...Emergency management reported. IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... White Rock Creek Near White Rock Creek At Greenville Ave affecting Dallas County. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...White Rock Creek near White Rock Creek At Greenville Ave. * WHEN...Until this evening. * IMPACTS...At 88.0 feet, Moderate flooding will occur along the creek. Portions of Merriman Parkway west of Abrams Road will flood.
