Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Heavy rain last night and this morning have led to saturated soils, with ongoing flooding in some areas. With scattered rain/storms expected today and additional heavy rain tonight, new areas may begin to flood and ongoing flooding may be exacerbated.
