* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE...Portions of north central Kansas, including the following counties, Osborne, Phillips, Rooks and Smith and south central Nebraska, including the following counties, Dawson, Furnas, Gosper, Harlan and Phelps. * WHEN...From 7 PM CDT this evening through Sunday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Saturday evening through early Sunday morning, at least a few rounds of thunderstorms with heavy rainfall are likely within the Watch area. Portions of the Watch area are expected to receive at least 1 to 3 inches of rain in a fairly short time, with localized areas perhaps picking up 4 or more inches.
