* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of Kentucky, including the following counties, Bracken, Grant, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Brown, Pike and Scioto. * WHEN...Through this evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Thunderstorms with heavy rainfall will be possible today. Localized rainfall amounts of 2 to 3 inches in a short period of time could lead to flash flooding.
