* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of central, northeast, and northern Maryland, including the following areas, in central Maryland, Anne Arundel. In northeast Maryland, Cecil. In northern Maryland, Northern Baltimore, Northwest Harford, Southeast Harford and Southern Baltimore. * WHEN...Until 1 AM EDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Thunderstorms will develop into an increasingly humid airmass this evening. This, combined with recent rainfall, may result in flash flooding, particularly along small streams and in urban areas. Localized totals of 2 to 4 inches of rain are possible. - Please visit www.weather.gov/safety/flood for flood safety and preparedness information.
