* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...A portion of east central Kansas, including the following counties, Anderson, Coffey, Franklin, Lyon and Osage. * WHEN...From 7 PM CDT this evening through Sunday evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Thunderstorms are expected to move in from western Kansas and southeastern Nebraska overnight, which could produce multiple rounds of rainfall over the same locations. Amounts of 1 to 3 inches are forecast for most places, but localized amounts of 3 to 6 inches will probably occur somewhere in the watch area, which could lead to flooding.
