In northwest Ohio, Hancock, Lucas, Ottawa, Sandusky, Seneca, Wood and Wyandot. * WHEN...From 11 AM EDT this morning through Wednesday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Since Sunday afternoon, three rounds of showers and storms have moved through the region and a large portion of northern Ohio has received 1 to 2 inches of rain with some locally higher amounts. Another round or two of storms is expected on Tuesday into Tuesday night that could bring another 1 to 2 inches of rain with locally higher amounts where repeated storms occur.
