In southeast Kentucky, Breathitt, Floyd, Knott, Magoffin, Pike and Wolfe. * WHEN...Until 8 AM EDT this morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms are expected at times through early this morning.
