* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...A portion of southeast Kansas, including the following counties, Allen, Greenwood and Woodson. * WHEN...From 1 AM CDT Sunday through Sunday evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Complex of storms will move out of central KS late tonight and will linger through Sunday morning. Storms will produce high rainfall rates that may lead to flooding.
