* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...A portion of southeast Kansas, including the following counties, Chautauqua, Elk, Labette, Montgomery, Neosho and Wilson. * WHEN...Through this evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Storms with very heavy rainfall will continue this morning across the area. Rainfall rates are expected to be around 2 inches per hour with the stronger storms.
