Caney River at Bartlesville affecting Washington OK County. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Caney River near Ramona. * WHEN...From late tonight to early Sunday morning. * IMPACTS...At 28.0 feet, moderate agricultural flooding occurs from Ochelata to the northeastern tip of Tulsa County. Some rural roads are impassable including the road between Ramona and Talala. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:57 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 20.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage just after midnight tonight to a crest of 28.5 feet tomorrow evening.
