For the Shoal River...including Crestview...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Shoal River near Crestview. * WHEN...Until late Tuesday night. * IMPACTS...At 8.5 feet, water in yards on Sowel Road. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:15 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 8.4 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 8.4 feet just after midnight tonight.
