For the Shoal River...including Crestview...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Shoal River near Crestview. * WHEN...From this evening to Monday evening. * IMPACTS...At 8.5 feet, Water in yards on Sowel Road. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:15 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 7.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this evening to a crest of 8.6 feet early tomorrow afternoon.
