Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from rainfall last night. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1155 AM CDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area. Flooding is already occurring. Between 2 and 5 inches of rain fell overnight. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Wellington, Kingman, Clearwater, Cheney, Conway Springs, Oxford, Argonia, Norwich, Cunningham, Viola, Nashville, Murdock, Waterloo, Willowdale, Mayfield, Zenda, Milan, Spivey, Cleveland and Danville.
