For the Yellow River...including Milligan...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Yellow River at Milligan. * WHEN...From Sunday afternoon to late Monday night. * IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, Water threatens home on Ellis and Antioch Roads. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:00 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 9.2 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage Sunday afternoon to a crest of 12.7 feet early Monday morning.
