For the Yellow River...including Milligan...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Yellow River at Milligan. * WHEN...From Monday morning to late Tuesday night. * IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, Water threatens home on Ellis and Antioch Roads. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:00 PM CDT Friday the stage was 5.9 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage Monday morning, cresting to 13.1 feet early Tuesday morning.
