For the Spring River...including Baxter Springs...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Spring River above Baxter Springs. * WHEN...From Friday morning to Sunday morning. * IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Water level reaches the bottom of Rainbow Bridge Crossing. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:30 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 4.7 feet. - Bankfull stage is 12.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late tomorrow morning to a crest of 18.3 feet early Saturday morning.
