Several roads remain closed, including Fulmer Valley Road and Dutch Hill Road due to flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 726 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain producing flooding due to thunderstorms. Though the heavy rain threat has ended, runoff down hilly terrain will maintain small streams and creeks near or above bankfull through tonight. Between 2 and 4.5 inches of rain have fallen today. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area this evening. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
