* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Portions of Mono County in east-central California and Mineral County in south-central Nevada, including CA-167 and NV-359 along the CA/NV state line. * WHEN...Until 530 PM PDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 227 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area.
