* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Northwestern Fairfield County in central Ohio... East Central Franklin County in central Ohio... Southwestern Licking County in central Ohio... * WHEN...Until 730 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 432 PM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall of 0.5 to 1 inch is expected over the area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Columbus, Reynoldsburg, Upper Arlington, Gahanna, Pickerington, Bexley, Pataskala, Buckeye Lake, Millersport, Ohio State University, Fairfield Beach, Whitehall, Etna, Grandview Heights, Valleyview, Marble Cliff, Kirkersville and Brice.
