Dangerous flows over low-water crossings. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1041 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is already occurring within the advisory area. Between 2 and 6 inches of rain have fallen over the past 24 hours with up to 3 inches of rain within the past 6 hours in portions of the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
