* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Pinon to Steamboat Canyon to Ganado to Klagetoh in Navajo and Apache counties... * WHEN...Until 930 PM MST /1030 PM MDT/. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in creeks and normally dry washes is imminent or occurring. Dangerous flooding over low-water crossings. Water flowing over roadways will create slick roads and muddy unpaved roads. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 813 PM MST /913 PM MDT/, Doppler radar indicated that the heavy rain has ended over the area. However, flooding remains a possibility from earlier heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.25 inches are expected over the area. - This includes the following creeks, washes and rivers... Jeddito Wash, Wide Ruin Wash, Nazlini Wash, Lone Tule Wash, Steamboat Wash, Wepo Wash, Tse Chizzi Wash, Polacca Wash, Tse Ba Ni Zi Ni Wash, Big Dam Wash, Cottonwood Wash, Burnt Corn Wash, Pueblo Colorado Wash, Bis Ii Ah Wash, Dinnebito Wash, Sabito Wash, Beshbito Wash and Oraibi Wash. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Low Mountain, Tselani-Cottonwood, Burnside, Black Mesa, Klagetoh, Cornfields, Steamboat, Whippoorwill, Forest Lake, Pinon, Ganado, Salina, Smoke Signal, Tsintaa Yiti Ii, Sunrise Springs and Burnt Corn Valley. - This includes the following highways...
