At 1234 PM CDT, trained weather spotters reported flash flooding across the warned area. Between 2 and 6 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring. Hwy 90 was closed at the Val Verde/Kinney County line. San Felipe Creek was out of its banks in Del Rio. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain. SOURCE...Trained spotters reported.
