At 527 PM MDT, Strong thunderstorms over the valley have been weakening as they have moved up into the higher elevations of the Cottonwood burn scar. This said, isolated drainages have recieved up to 0.5 inches including portions of the south fork of North Creek from a storm that just moved through. Light muddy flows are occurring along the Beaver River, and it is expected that similar flows will develop at North Creek soon. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
