FFWEWX The National Weather Service in Austin/San Antonio has issued a * Flash Flood Warning for... North Central Bandera County in south central Texas... Central Kerr County in south central Texas... * Until 600 AM CDT. * At 1254 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 2 to 4 inches in 1 hour. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Kerrville, Ingram and Waltonia. This includes the following streams and drainages... Brewington Creek, Rocky Creek, Rhyme Creek, Cypress Creek, Nichols Creek, West Creek, East Town Creek, Benton Creek, Turtle Creek, Lin Prong, Coalkiln Creek, Palmer Creek, Bauerlein Creek, Henderson Branch, Camp Meeting Creek, Town Creek, West Prong Medina River, Robinson Creek, Wallace Creek, Goat Creek, Little Rocky Creek, Johnson Creek, Medina River and Guadalupe River.
