At 559 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated about 1 to 3 inches of rain has fallen in the warned area over the last hour. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the next hour. Excess runoff will lead to flash flooding. The Baltimore County 911 Center reported a vehicle stuck in high water along Eastern Boulevard and Martin Boulevard in Middle River.
