Northeastern Cochise County in southeastern Arizona... * Until 630 PM MST. * At 428 PM MST, an area of blowing dust was located near San Simon, moving west southwest 10 to 15 mph. HAZARD...Less than a quarter mile visibility with strong winds in excess of 60 mph. SOURCE...Detected by National Weather Service meteorologists and cameras in the area. IMPACT...Dangerous life-threatening travel. * Locations impacted include... Willcox, Portal, Bowie, Dragoon, Chiricahua National Monument, Pearce-Sunsites, Cochise, Sunizona, Kansas Settlement, San Simon, Paradise and Texas Canyon. This includes the following highways... Route 181 between mile markers 39 and 64. Route 191 between mile markers 36 and 92. Interstate 10 between mile markers 316 and 390. Route 186 between mile markers 327 and 359.
