Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Pittsburgh, Penn Hills, Mount Lebanon, Bethel Park, Monroeville, McMurray, McKeesport, Canonsburg, Gastonville, Plum, West Mifflin, Baldwin, Upper St. Clair, Scott Township, Wilkinsburg, Whitehall, South Park Township and New Kensington. Flooding was reported in Cannonsburg.
