IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. Bridgeport, Stamford, Norwalk, Danbury, Milford, Shelton, Peekskill, Southbury, New Canaan, Mount Kisco, Mahopac, Lake Carmel, Sherman, Brewster, Newtown, Fairfield, Greenwich, Stratford, Trumbull and Westport.
