Small creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Locally heavy rain has fallen over the last few days in the watch area. Some areas have received 5 to 9 inches of rain since Friday. Additional rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches remains possible through Monday evening. Localized high-end additional rainfall totals of 4 to 6 inches are possible.
